Since 1994, George Adam, the sole founder and proprietor of Fairfield City Automotive Repairs has been a dedicated lover of the mechanical trade.

George has worked for the mechanical trade for 12 years. Having worked under an employer for 10 years he has attained his mechanical trade's certificate and learnt to manage and deal with customers. He is well known and very respected throughout the mechanical industry.

However, it came time for George to spread his wings and discover a new path in life. So, in 2003 George left his 10 year employment and established F.C.A.R. He became a member of the Motor Trades Association (MTA) and also attained a certificate with the Institute of Automotive Mechanical Engineers (IAME).

In his inspirations to open a business he had several things he wished to accomplish. To create a safer world for drivers and their passengers. This would become one of the most inspiring of all goals. George ensures that all his customers drive away happy and comfortable with what he has maintained and serviced on their cars. He also wanted to enable his customers to use a self learning system whereby, they can teach themselves how to maintain the general items of their car. All invoices are explained and the car is always checked with a fine tooth comb. A challenge he works hard to achieve and this is what makes F.C.A.R. true leaders.
